Refund Policy

Simple, fair rules about subscriptions and refunds.

Free Trial

Mutual Premium offers a 7-day free trial. If you cancel your subscription before the 7-day period ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your account will be automatically billed for the selected plan (monthly or weekly) at the end of the trial.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month or partial-year subscription periods.

App Store / Google Play Refunds

Because Mutual subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, we cannot directly process refunds on our end.

  • Apple iOS: You must request a refund directly from Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, select "I'd like to," choose "Request a refund," and submit the request.
  • Google Play Android: You must request a refund from Google. Go to your Google Play account, navigate to "Order History," find the Mutual subscription, and select "Request a refund."
