By accessing or using the Mutual mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To use Mutual, you must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and authentication methods you use to access the app. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription & Billing

Mutual offers both Free and Premium tiers.

• Free Tier: Basic features including 50/50 splits and unlimited expense tracking.
• Premium Tier: Billed at $9.99/month or $4.99/week. Includes income-based fair splits, unlimited goals, and advanced analytics.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mutual and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Mutual.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Mutual is a financial organization and tracking tool, not a bank. We are not responsible for actual fund transfers between you and your partner. In no event shall Mutual, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
